1. Principles
We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, limited to specified purposes and kept no longer than necessary.
2. Children's data
Data of participants under 13 is processed only with verifiable parental consent; photographs of minors are published only with written consent.
3. Security
Records are stored in access-controlled systems available only to authorised board members and teachers.
4. Breach notification
Any personal data breach is reported to the Data State Inspectorate within 72 hours where required.
